Welcome to Kerry Couture! We are committed to providing you with exceptional service and ensuring your satisfaction. By booking an appointment or receiving services at our salon, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Appointments and Cancellations

  • Appointments must be cancelled or rescheduled at least 48 hours in advance. Late cancellations or no-shows may incur a fee of 50% of the service cost.

  • We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at any time for any reason.

2. Payment

  • Full payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed upon in advance.

  • We accept cash, credit/debit cards, bank transfer

  • Prices are subject to change without prior notice. The price quoted at the time of booking or during your consultation will be honoured for your appointment.

3. Hair Extensions Policy

  • Hair extensions are a customized service, and all sales are final upon installation.

  • Once extensions are coloured, cut, styled, or altered in any way, they are considered non-returnable and non-refundable. This is due to the personalized nature of the service, which renders the product unusable for other clients or returnable to the manufacturer.

  • Prior to installation, we will provide a consultation to discuss your desired outcome, including colour, length, and style. Any concerns should be raised at this stage.

  • If you are dissatisfied with the extensions prior to any alterations (e.g., colouring or cutting), please inform us immediately so we can address your concerns.

4. Service Satisfaction

  • Your satisfaction is our priority. If you are unhappy with your service, please notify us within 48 hours of your appointment. We will work with you to address the issue, which may include a complimentary adjustment at our discretion.

  • Refunds are not offered for completed services or altered products (including hair extensions), but we may offer a correction or alternative solution where appropriate.

5. Liability

  • Kerry Couture is not responsible for any allergic reactions or sensitivities to products used during services. Please inform us of any allergies or medical conditions prior to your appointment.

  • We are not liable for damage to hair or scalp resulting from failure to disclose relevant information (e.g., prior chemical treatments, hair condition) during your consultation.

6. Personal Belongings

  • Kerry Couture is not responsible for lost or damaged personal items brought into the salon. Please keep your belongings with you during your visit.

7. Children and Pets

  • For safety and comfort, we ask that children or pets do not accompany clients unless they are receiving a service or prior arrangements have been made.

8. Changes to Terms and Conditions

  • We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. The most current version will be available on our website and applies to all services provided after the update.
